Chain
of Custody
We understand the importance of the chain of custody to
guarantee security and confidentiality of PII/PHI records
throughout the entire conversion process. The Anacomp secure
web portal is available to our clients’ authorized
personnel to track the status of sensitive records from
the time of shipment of the files, through the conversion
process and delivery of the digital files back to their
organization. Unidex captures a complete audit trail of
every action performed on a record, including who, what
and when We maintain a precise inventory of records to be
scanned, including current location and status. The system
provides an auditable trail of the records’ progression
from time of receipt to point of return shipment back to
our client.
While in possession of records, Anacomp remains compliant
with all established client security policies to ensure
client data, whether captured electronically or as a paper
or other media type record, are not compromised. After successful
conversion of millions of records, not one file has ever
been lost.
